Data Analytics & BI Expert

Own the numbers behind the directory: build the dashboards, keep the reporting trustworthy, and turn traffic and campaign data into decisions.

What you will do

Build and maintain dashboards for traffic, listings and advertising campaigns.
Define the metrics the business runs on and keep their definitions consistent.
Analyse how readers move through the directory and which lenders they engage with.
Automate recurring reports so nobody rebuilds them by hand each month.
Work with the team on data quality, tracking and measurement.

What we are looking for

Hands-on experience with SQL and a BI tool such as Metabase, Looker or Power BI.
Comfortable with web analytics, for example GA4 or PostHog.
Strong spreadsheet skills and a habit of checking your own numbers.
Clear written communication, since the team works remotely.
Able to work independently and deliver on a schedule.

Chief Marketing Officer

Set the marketing direction for the directory and lead growth across search, content and partnerships.

What you will do

Own the marketing plan and the budget that goes with it.
Grow organic search and content for the directory and its guides.
Run lender and advertiser partnerships from first contact to renewal.
Oversee campaigns end to end and measure what they returned.
Build and lead a small remote marketing team.

What we are looking for

Senior marketing experience, ideally in fintech, lending or a marketplace.
A strong search and content background, not only paid acquisition.
Comfortable reading analytics and defending decisions with data.
Excellent written and spoken communication.
Experience leading people remotely.

Support the marketing team with content, social and research while learning how a directory grows.

What you will do

Draft short content and social posts for review.
Research lenders, products and topics that readers ask about.
Help maintain the content calendar and keep it current.
Track campaign results and keep the weekly report tidy.
Assist with outreach to lenders and partners.

What we are looking for

Strong writing and a careful eye for detail.
Genuine interest in marketing and in personal finance.
Organised, reliable and comfortable asking questions.
Basic spreadsheet skills.
Able to commit to a fixed weekly schedule while working remotely.
