Youth empowerment funding (MYSA)
Two routes
- Multi-Sectoral Youth Empowerment Programme: a repayable business loan. Terms are set per project, and no national amount or rate is published.
- National Youth Scheme: grants to build the capital base of vulnerable youth.
Who qualifies
- A Zambian citizen aged 18 to 35 with a Green NRC.
- A legally registered business, cooperative or enterprise.
Where to apply
- Your District Youth Development Officer holds the forms and knows whether a call is live in your district.
- Forms are free. Do not pay anyone for one.
- The national youth portal also carries council-run calls, so read each notice carefully: a youth funding call on it may be a CDF call administered by a specific council.
